Returns and Refunds
1. Final Sale
All sales are considered final. To request a refund, return, or replacement, please contact pyrodstudio@gmail.com. Returns and replacements may be accepted on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the item and the reason for the request.
2. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for any item eligible for refund, return, or replacement. If the item is returned in its original, undamaged condition and the return was agreed upon prior to shipping, Pyro D-Studio will issue a full refund or send a replacement as discussed.
3. Original Artwork
Refunds, returns, and replacements are not available for original artwork due to personal dissatisfaction. Pyro D-Studio provides high-resolution photographs of each piece to help you inspect and approve the item before purchase.
It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the package for damage upon delivery. If damage is visible, do not refuse the parcel - instead, ask the courier or postal service to note the damage at the time of delivery. Then email pyrodstudio@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt, including your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage. This will allow Pyro D-Studio to assess eligibility for a refund, return, or re-creation.
Please note: No refunds, returns, or replacements are available for items damaged due to customer mishandling.
