Shipping Times and Packaging

1. Estimated Delivery

Orders are typically dispatched within 3-5 working days of purchase. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. UK orders usually arrive within 2-7 working days after dispatch. International orders may take longer due to customs processing and local postal services.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Pyro D-Studio is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

All artwork is carefully packaged using protective materials to ensure safe transit. I take pride in presenting each piece securely and professionally, whether it’s a print, original, or handcrafted item.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you promptly.

2. Order Changes

If you need to update your delivery address, Pyro D-Studio will do its best to accommodate the change - provided the order has not yet been dispatched. Please email pyrodstudio@gmail.com as soon as possible with your updated details.

Once an order has been shipped, no further changes can be made. Timely communication is essential to ensure any updates are processed before dispatch.

Delivery

1. Cost

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the delivery destination. The total includes packaging materials, handling, and insurance where applicable. Customers are responsible for any additional charges resulting from incorrect address details submitted at the time of ordering.

All orders are shipped from London, United Kingdom.

2. Tracking

Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, or other trusted couriers with tracking, unless otherwise agreed between Pyro D-Studio and the customer prior to dispatch. If you prefer a specific courier or require alternative arrangements, please contact pyrodstudio@gmail.com before placing your order or immediately after payment.

All orders include tracking by default. If you are ordering from outside the UK and would prefer a lower-cost shipping option without tracking, please email pyrodstudio@gmail.com to request a quote for untracked delivery. Please note that untracked parcels are sent at the customer’s own risk.

3. Colour Matching

Please note that natural wood tones and grain patterns can vary from piece to piece. While every effort is made to photograph artwork as accurately as possible, colours may appear differently on screen due to individual device settings and lighting conditions.

Pyro D-Studio cannot guarantee an exact match between on-screen images and the colours of the finished product. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that slight variations in colour and texture are a natural characteristic of handcrafted wooden artwork.

4. Signature

All original artworks and commissioned pieces will require a signature upon delivery. All other items are shipped without signature unless otherwise requested.

5. Customs and Import Fees

Customs regulations vary by country. International customers are responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, customs fees, and brokerage charges. Orders cannot be cancelled, refused, or returned due to these charges. If a shipment is returned to Pyro D-Studio due to customs issues, additional shipping fees will apply to re-send the order.

6. Lost Packages

Pyro D-Studio is not responsible for how postal services handle or deliver your order. Lost or stolen packages are the responsibility of the customer. If your parcel is missing, please contact your local postal authority to initiate an investigation.

You may contact pyrodstudio@gmail.com to discuss potential options for a refund or replacement if your order was lost in transit. Pyro D-Studio is not liable for returned orders that are lost during transit.

7. Damages

If your order shows signs of damage upon delivery due to postal handling, please follow the steps below:

• For all items (excluding original and commissioned artwork):

Email pyrodstudio@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage. Pyro D-Studio will review your case to determine refund, return, or replacement eligibility.

• For original and commissioned artwork:

Inspect the package for damage before signing for delivery. Do not refuse the parcel. Instead, ensure the courier notes the damage as caused during transit. Then email pyrodstudio@gmail.com within 48 hours with your order number and photographic proof. Pyro D-Studio will assess eligibility for refund, return, or re-creation.

Pyro D-Studio is not responsible for returned items that are damaged in transit.

8. Eligibility

Pyro D-Studio may decline to ship to certain destinations due to sanctions, conflict zones, import restrictions, or local regulations. This includes countries that prohibit the import of untreated or live-edge wood products, such as Australia. If delivery is not possible to your location, you will receive a full refund.
